    The NWIIWA Mentorship Committee is dedicated to fostering meaningful professional growth through connection, guidance, and shared experience. This committee supports the development and success of NWIIWA’s mentorship programming, helping create impactful mentor–mentee relationships that empower women at every stage of their careers.

    Committee members collaborate to shape mentorship initiatives that are intentional, supportive, and aligned with NWIIWA’s mission. The Mentorship Committee plays a key role in strengthening leadership, confidence, and long-term engagement within the organization.

    What the Mentorship Committee Does

    Mentorship Program Development & Support
    Committee members assist in planning, launching, and refining NWIIWA’s mentorship programs. This includes helping establish program structure, timelines, resources, and best practices to ensure a positive experience for both mentors and mentees.

    Mentor & Mentee Engagement
    The committee helps support participant engagement by encouraging communication, providing guidance, and addressing questions or challenges that arise throughout the program. Members may also assist with matching efforts and ongoing check-ins to promote successful connections.

    Program Oversight & Collaboration
    Mentorship Committee members attend scheduled meetings to review program progress, share feedback, and collaborate on improvements. The committee works together to ensure the mentorship experience remains impactful, inclusive, and aligned with NWIIWA’s goals.

    Event & Resource Support
    When applicable, committee members may assist with mentorship-related events, workshops, or graduation celebrations, helping create meaningful touchpoints throughout the program lifecycle.

This committee supports the planning and execution of Purse Bingo, an event that blends excitement, networking, and impact—raising funds to support NWIIWA’s professional development and educational programs.

    Committee members play an important role in ensuring the event is well-organized, engaging, and memorable for attendees. Participating is easy and designed to be both convenient and rewarding.

    Event Planning & Coordination
    Committee members assist with organizing key components of the Purse Bingo event, helping ensure the experience runs smoothly from planning through execution. This includes supporting timelines, logistics, and overall event flow.

    Prize & Experience Support
    The committee helps support the selection and presentation of premier prizes, including designer handbags, purses, clutches, and sunglasses, contributing to an exciting and polished attendee experience.
